Reducing Anxiety:
Bright Thinking Workshops
Is your child struggling with anxiety?
Would you like them to develop skills to manage anxious thinking?
Do they need help with thinking of solutions and focusing on goals?
What is the programme?
Bright Thinking is a fun, engaging and practical 6 week programme for children whose anxiety fuels their negative thinking.
Thinking influences feelings and actions.
Developed at The Resilience Centre in Australia and delivered successfully across the world, Bright Thinking is a strengths-based programme which will teach your child how to master their thinking through optimism and hope. The program is fun and interactive with a relaxed feel to encourage learning, self-expression and sharing helpful ideas in a safe and non-judgemental space using a strengths-based approach.

Rather than a focus on the child’s anxiety or worry thoughts, it encourages a focus on what’s working!
Throughout the programme, children recognise pessimistic and optimistic thinking, while giving them the solution focused skills to move from one type of thinking to another.
