Mini Medics for Mental Health
What is it?
Mini Medics Mental Health is an introductory mental health course designed for children between the ages of 9 and 13, but it can be adapted to children of almost any age. The course provides a basic understanding of mental health, including what mental health means, how it is linked to physical health, what to do if they have a worry and ways in which they can look after their mental health.

Students completing the course will receive a 32-page Mini Medics Mental Health Book and pen. A certificate of attendance is included in the book.
Who is it for?
This workshop can be run for up to 15 children aged 9 to 13 years.
What are the options?
Option 1: 1-hour workshop - from £15pp.
Option 2: 3-hour workshop - from £30pp.
The 3-hour course can be delivered in half a day at your venue, across multiple sessions or as an after-school club over 3-6 weeks.
